⛳️ Azle Manor had an absolute blast participating in the 21st Annual Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament!

We are so thankful for the opportunity to get out in the community, meet so many great people, and represent Azle Manor Health Care & Rehabilitation. From the laughs on the course to connecting with local businesses and community members, it was such a fun day all around!

Thank you to the Chamber for putting together such a great event, and to everyone who stopped by to visit with us throughout the day. We always love being part of events that bring our community together. 🏌️‍♂️⛳️💙
