🧘 remembering to breath has saved my nervous system tremendously! I didn’t even realize how bad I held my breath until I started doing yoga on a regular bases.

Those of you following my journey know I have found mold in the building and I am at a slight stand still till I can find the source and stop the spread of the mold.
Last week I was feeling rather discouraged. You know all the thoughts of self doubt. I took on this project not knowing exactly the unforeseen situation. Well after I decided I needed a professional to help me a beautiful angel reached out and told me she thinks I can handle this myself. She is letting me borrow the things I need to see where there is moisture and then kill the mold. An angel walking on this earth has saved me from spending thousands of dollars on remediation by expanding my knowledge and letting me borrow her expensive nifty machines. Grateful doesn’t even touch how im feeling.

Happy Friday!! Isnt this a beautiful view?! It already feels better in here🤗 I just wanted to hop on here and thank my people!! We got the trash hauled off yesterday and tearing down a fence and possibly a shower today. The plumber will be running all new water lines in the coming weeks and I will be upgrading the HVAC and addressing the current heating and cooling for the rest of the building. Few things need to be addressed with the electrical and updating the current lights. I will be hiring a professional to handle the mold. Moving right along. Worked in the snow yesterday and looks like we might be doing the same today ⛄️
We have a positive attitude and I’m excited for what’s to come!😊🥰

Good Monday morning!! Floors and ceiling tiles almost all out! Wasn’t going to tear all the floor out but I found mold. We can’t be breathing that in while healing!! Please don’t mind the writing on the wall, we had some fun while demolishing the place😃 This place has already seen my blood sweat and tears! I hope you all have the most beautiful week!!
