We’re offering a series of supportive, therapist-led summer groups for kids, teens, and young adults — all facilitated by Licensed Social Workers (LMSWs/LCSWs).

🎓 Life Transitions Group (Ages 18–25)
Feeling overwhelmed by college or life stress? You’re not alone.

This 8-week virtual group supports young adults in building:
✅ Self-esteem
✅ Emotional resilience
✅ Social and real-life skills

Through open discussions, peer support, and guided exercises led by a licensed social worker, participants will learn practical tools to manage life’s challenges and grow with confidence.
