Keep your fridge at or below 40°F and your freezer at 0°F to slow bacteria growth and keep food fresher, longer.

đź’ˇ Pro tip: Get a fridge thermometer and double-check before you stock up on groceries or game-day snacks.

Plus, remember the 2-hour rule — refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours (or 1 hour if it’s above 90°F outside).
