About a month ago, one of our residents shared an idea at our monthly planning meeting, and today our residents rolled up their sleeves and dug into an Old County Seafood Boil! 😋🦞🍤🥔🌽

We served it up southern style by pouring it out right on the table for a fun, hands-on, finger-lickin’ good time. ✨💛

We rely on our residents to give us great ideas that we can turn into memorable experiences. Way to go Art, this was a great idea! So many smiles, wide eyes and full stomachs this afternoon! 😋😳😂

Happy National Dog Day! 🐶🐾🦴

Thanks to some amazing family, staff and friends, we were able to have a Dog Show with 15 different dogs for our residents to enjoy on National Dog Day! 🐾🐕🦮🐩🐕‍🦺🐾

Generation of Innovation Week!

Day 5 Theme: Evolution of Lighthouses 🌊💡

Our final day of celebrating “Generation of Innovation” week was spent at Lighthouse Park and the Point Aux Barques Maritime Museum. We enjoyed a picnic lunch, amazing views, guided tours of the museum and great weather. It was a great way to end an informative, educational and fun-filled week! ✨💛

We held our version of a barn dance today by transforming our Community Room into an old school dance hall and celebrating many different types of music and dance styles. So much fun, laughter and memories shared this afternoon!

It’s Biannual Event Time at Meadow Lane! ✨💛
The theme this week is “Generation of Innovation,” join us as we dive into what has been developed and created over the last 100+ years! 💡💻🚘

Day 1= “Then & Now”
We made our own indoor/outdoor museum for our residents to explore. The museum featured multiple items that have made major advances in development.
