Hello everyone. It’s been a while since I have updated but please know we are still open and seeing clients. I am in the Bemidji office on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9-5pm. I am in the Bagley office on Thursdays from 11-7pm by appointment only. Wednesdays I am available for med refills and answering phone calls and emails (paper day). I am not available on Friday, Saturday or Sunday as family life is also very important to me.

We all know how hard it is to find a med provider for psych that has openings in a reasonable amount of time. This can be rather frustrating when you are ready to seek help now. Please know that as my clients reach stability they are moved to longer stretches between appointments. This means that I consistently have openings within 2-3 weeks (at times even sooner) versus 6-8 months and sometimes longer. I do accept most insurance plans, cash, check, credit cards or payment plans if needed. Starting the week of March 11th, my office hours will be changing to accommodate clients with later appointment slots.

Monday- Bemidji office 9am-5 pm
Tuesday- Bagley office 9-5pm
Wednesday- Bagley office 9-5pm
Thursday- Bagley office 11am-7pm
Fridays- out of office.

I am currently debating on changing around my work day a little to help accommodate those that are unable to get off of work/school to attend appointments. Would it be of benefit to have a day where I do later appointments ( say 11am to 7 or 8 pm)? Please let me know your thoughts!

You may notice a new face around the office. Let me introduce you to Rubble! He will be a therapy pup in training. He is tiny but is such a little love bug! He will be in the office with me daily!

People often forget or put aside their self worth. I am guilty of this myself! Even as a provider I struggle with self esteem, feeling blah, or just feeling sad. So you are not alone! Please remember how truly valuable you are! You are amazing now go show the world who you are!
