Big News, HHY Community 🤍

After nearly four beautiful years in our current home, the building has been sold and Hot Hot Yoga will be relocating.

We will be closed for the month of March to allow time for the transition and move. This pause will give us space to thoughtfully create what’s next.

The next chapter? A new waterfront location near Doc’s — and we couldn’t be more excited about the light, the views, and the fresh energy this move brings.

Hot Hot Yoga will continue under new ownership, with the same intention of heat, movement, and community at its core.

More details (including reopening dates and class updates) are coming soon. For now, thank you for being part of this studio’s story — and for moving forward with us.

🌟 We are beyond thrilled and fortunate to welcome Bee to Hot Hot Yoga — as both a teacher and our new studio manager!

Her journey into yoga is nothing short of transformational, and we are so excited for our community to learn, grow, and be inspired by her.

✨ Here’s Bee’s story:

Bee McCoy came to yoga seeking healing from multiple sclerosis. After just a few weeks of practicing in the hot room, her symptoms began to subside, and she knew she had found something life-changing. This transformation inspired her to share the practice with others. Bee completed her teacher training in Barcelona, Spain, where she immersed herself in six months of intensive study. Since then, she has taught thousands of classes around the globe, guiding students into deeper awareness of body, mind, and spirit. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that healing comes not only through movement, but also through the frequency of thought, word, and what we consume. Now symptom-free for over a year and a half, Bee brings her lived experience of transformation into every class. She teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Hatha, offering practices that are grounding, restorative, and expansive. Students consistently report healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, and Bee is eager to share that same possibility with the community at the studio.

Meet Shea!
We’re thrilled to officially welcome Shea to the teaching team.

Shea grew up right here on Bainbridge Island, where her yoga journey began—and now, she’s stepping into her voice as a teacher, leading our beloved 26 Pose class, back by very popular demand.

To celebrate this exciting new chapter, we’re offering *FREE community classes* Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am, all through the month of July, starting next week!
