Home from an epic adventure with the family, and straight back to the office.
It doesn’t feel like a jolt or like I am getting back to the grind.
I get to come home and continue to share my love and gratitude through my work, in my cozy office, helping people feel better in their bodies.

So much gratitude for a fantastic women’s retreat with such talented practitioners!
The theme was “Coming home”, and so we did. Bathing in the disillusion of separation, and
each others love and light.
I had the opportunity to share sound baths, spinal flow and energy work, massage and facilitating a dance party.🧚‍♂️
So much heart opening.💗
