Happy New Year, sending love!
Last year brought great change, lots of listening and learning.
I pray 2025 is filled with a deep knowing that we all have a home inside us where we can take refuge, heal, delight in our bodies and bathe in love.✌️💗😊

I started calling that girl back.
The girl who loved living,
the girl who danced instead of walking.
The girl who had sunflowers for eyes and fireworks in her soul.
I started playing music again, hoping she would come out.
I started looking for beautiful moments to experience,
