When: Friday mornings

Duration: 8-week series

What to Expect: This is a safe and confidential space for us to share our experiences and support one another. You are welcome here exactly as you are. Your perspective and presence are valuable to this group. Feel free to nurse, feed, or change your baby as needed!

What to Bring: Come as you are! Bring yourself and baby, plus any supplies either of you may need. We'll gather in a space equipped with a kitchen, chairs, bolsters, and yoga mats. We'll also provide tea and snacks.

Taught by a pelvic floor physical therapist, each session includes postures that accommodate postpartum recovery, core strengthening exercises, and relaxation techniques to help moms reconnect with their bodies while bonding with their babies and cultivating community.

With over 20 years of combined experience in pelvic floor therapy and maternal mental health, we know how important it is to feel seen and supported in motherhood.
