๐Ÿšง Exciting improvements are underway at the Memorial Manor! ๐Ÿšง

Over the coming weeks, we will be replacing flooring and repainting walls throughout the Nursing Home as we continue investing in a better environment for our residents and staff. While we will do our very best to minimize interruptions, we ask everyone to please use extra caution when visiting the Manor during this renovation process.

We are incredibly excited about these updates and what they mean for our wonderful residents!

A special THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the 2025 Georgia HEART Tax Credit Program. Your support helped make these renovations possible, and we are truly grateful for your investment in local healthcare and our community. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’š

As we continue celebrating Nurses Week, today we are excited to spotlight another one of our newest nurses at Memorial Hospital and Manor โ€” McKenzie Ferry! ๐Ÿ’™

McKenzie recently joined our Emergency Department team as an RN and has already become a wonderful addition to MHM. While she has officially been with us for about a month and a half, Memorial has felt familiar to her for much longer after completing clinical rotations here throughout nursing school.

She earned her Associateโ€™s degree from ABAC Bainbridge and is now beginning her nursing career serving patients in one of the hospitalโ€™s busiest departments. Her dedication, compassion, and eagerness to learn are already shining through in the ER.

We are proud to have McKenzie as part of the MHM family and look forward to all she will accomplish in her nursing journey. Please help us celebrate and congratulate her during Nurses Week! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿฉบ

As we continue celebrating Nurses Week, today we are proud to spotlight one of the newest members of the nursing team at Memorial Hospital and Manor โ€” Jocelyn Grimsley! ๐Ÿ’™

Jocelyn began her journey with MHM as a Nurse Tech in our ICU department in December while completing nursing school. Since then, she has achieved an incredible milestone by passing her NCLEX boards in March and officially becoming an RN!

A graduate of ABAC Bainbridge with her ASN degree, Jocelyn was also honored with the Lisa Purvis Allison Scholarship at her pinning and graduation ceremony โ€” a reflection of her hard work, dedication, and compassionate spirit.

Not only is she beginning her nursing career, but she is also a proud mother of one, balancing family and her passion for caring for others. We are excited to watch her continue to grow in our ICU team and make a difference in the lives of our patients every day.

Please help us congratulate and celebrate Jocelyn during Nurses Week! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿฉบ
