One of the oldest established businesses in Baird, Texas, Parker Funeral Home continues a long-time funeral service tradition started around the turn of the 20th century as Schwartz Furniture and Undertaking Company. Roger “Skip” and Pat Parker moved to Baird in 1977 as co-owners, and assumed full ownership in 1979.

“Our goals during our years of service to the Baird area have been to provide our families with professional, dignified, and affordable funerals. Keeping our funeral independently owned and operated has kept our steadfast commitment of quality services and caring attitudes.”
