Total, anatomical shoulder replacement, Nov 18th. Exactly two weeks later, back on my mat. (Please note: I am following the recommendations and protocol of my PT and surgeon).
OHY is healing, safe, functional movement and available no matter where you are in your life! More blood flow to the areas that constricted and restricted equals total body healing: “inside out, bones to skin, fingertips to toes.”
It felt sooooo good to move my spine again!
