We offer a special combination of housing and personal care services to assist with daily living activities. We focus on maximizing each resident’s independence, privacy, dignity and choices. Meadowbrook Place is well suited for individuals that benefit from personal care services to ensure their health, safety and well being. As a licensed residence, staff is on duty 24/7 to provide assistance if needed.
