Third progressive session with this little mare today. We’re working through some past physical traumas that created some mental trauma. I’m so excited to feel the changes happening in her fascial system and look forward to her progress by the end of her sessions!

Spring is just around the corner and alot of us are starting to put our horses back into work, they might be a little extra sore! Its a great time to have some bodywork done! A few of the services I offer:

I love putting horses on the therapy pads for the first time and observing their reaction! Plus when I’m doing bodywork alone it’s about the only thing I can get video of to share with the owners later. This handsome young man had a great session and we rounded it out by stretches and proprioception exercises with the pads. You wouldn’t think they do much, but they make a mind-muscle connection engaging all those tiny muscle fibers that may not be functioning as properly as they should. When he goes to rock his weight forward you can see this happening in his pecs. He had a lot of blinking, tail raising and dropping down as well.
