Today, we say farewell to beloved community member Edna Harrell.

Her passing leaves a huge hole in our community. She loved Baker City and she loved helping kids. Her Oregon Community Foundation fund has supported Crossroads programs such as Missoula Children’s Theatre, ArtSpeak, our Hand-to-Heart Scholarship, and so much more.

Edna honored her late mother, Mildred Rogers, in so many ways, and our outdoor stage is named in honor of Mildred. Edna was a remarkable leader in agriculture, and the Harrell Hereford brand stands for quality and family.

On behalf of the Crossroads family, we send our deepest condolences to her family and friends.
