🌟💛 September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 💛🌟

Throughout E.A. Hawse Health, our staff proudly wore gold to show support for children and families affected by cancer. Gold is the color of hope, strength, and resilience — and together, we stand united in raising awareness and honoring the brave children fighting this battle.

We are grateful for the opportunity to join the nationwide effort to bring attention to childhood cancer and to show our support for the families in our communities and beyond.

You can find game schedules by looking on the Potomac Highlands Soccer League web site / page or by asking one of the coaches or parents. The team plays at Baker park most Saturdays if you would like to come out and support all of our local teams and kids.

The coaches state that this group of kids always come to practice and games with a smile on their face and excited to be there!

E.A. Hawse Health Center was honored to help kick off the school year by welcoming Hardy County teachers and staff with $25 Amazon gift cards as a small token of appreciation for all they do.

We were also proud to donate 100 water bottles for students, ensuring they have access to water throughout the year whenever they need it. 💧

Baker Dental Clinic was able to visit some local daycares/classrooms in July! 🪥

Abby, Brooklyn and Maddy showed students brushing and flossing techniques, as well as discussing their oral hygiene!

We are so appreciative to the teachers for allowing us to interrupt their days and spend time talking about our favorite things….. TEETH! 🦷
