Best way to start my morning! Sunrise on the beach before coffee and getting ready, yes please! Starting my day connecting with Mother Nature and grounded. Sunlight and calm first thing in the morning helps regulate your cortisol and circadian rhythm, and increase your serotonin which boosts your mood and energy levels!
