A creative spin on therapy 🌿🎨

Our Coping-Skills Art Group meets every Wednesday and cycles through resin pours, wheel-thrown pottery, and calming candle making. While hands stay busy, a licensed facilitator guides short mindfulness breaks and talk prompts that teach anxiety-taming tools, emotional labeling, and confidence building. Ages 6-17, insurance accepted, zero art experience required. All materials provided—everyone leaves each week with a handmade piece and a new coping strategy. Limited spots; message us to enroll.

Date night, but make it in clay! 💕

Join us this February 14, 2026 at 3pm for Clay Date Night and sculpt two interlocking puzzle-piece halves—one for you, one for your partner. We walk you through wheel throwing, shaping, and carving the pieces so they snap together perfectly if you would like to try. Create your pieces then leave them with us to dry. We will either fire them or let them dry. You can come back during our open studio hours to paint and take your finished “perfect match” keepsakes home. Seats are limited; tag your plus-one and RSVP today!
