If your breath is off, your entire system follows.
Research consistently shows that slower, controlled breathing can shift the body out of a reactive state and into a more regulated one.
This isn’t theory. It’s physiology.
When your breath is fast and shallow, your body reads that as stress.
When your breath is steady and controlled, your body adapts to that too.
So if you’re constantly adding more, more workouts, more stress, more push, but never shifting your breath you’re skipping the system that controls it all.
