Rebecca Rasmussen’s journey with movement started as a dancer. After receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Boston Conservatory, she spent almost two decades touring internationally with the dance company MOMIX. Now, as an Inside Flow Senior Teacher, Teacher Trainer, and Twice Certified Coach, Rebecca has had the opportunity to teach and certify people worldwide, helping them connect, grow, and unlock their full potential.

Rebecca is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Yoga and is a Chromatic Yoga leader. She empowers her students to connect with their movement, build self-trust, and take that energy off the mat. With a rich background in performing worldwide, including appearances on America’s Got Talent, at Mercedes Benz car shows, and in a Target commercial, she’s thrilled to now share her passion for Inside Flow and certify new teachers every year to spread the love of this special style.

Rebecca has been featured in Yoga Journal, Dance Magazine, and on Wanderlust TV in partnerships with Adidas and the Art of Movement.
