In this book, I invite you into the sacred and sometimes agonizing work of real healing. I share honestly about why healing hurts, and why that pain is fundamentally different from the pain of remaining wounded.
This book takes a deeper look into the places, many of us carry silently: the complexity of interpersonal healing, the impact of parent-child relationships, the tender work of healing the inner child, and the weight of grief and unresolved pain. I also speak to those who are often seen as the strong one- the ones everyone leans on- and what it means to finally learn how to show up for yourself with the same compassion you extend to others.
I believe that healing is not about pretending the pain never existed. It is about learning how to move forward with grace, courage, and honesty, as you reclaim your wholeness.
Throughout this journey, I explore what becomes possible when therapy and God align, when emotional work and spiritual surrender align. In that space, profound restoration can happen.
