Just because you healed doesn’t mean they get access to the version of you they didn’t appreciate.

Some people only knew you when you were overgiving, overexplaining, and tolerating things you shouldn’t have.
They don’t get to meet the version of you that has boundaries, clarity, and standards now.

Healing is not an invitation.
It’s a separation.

Protect the version of you that had to learn the hard way.

It's the sweet taste of freedom. It's the natural state we were always meant to be living in, but for some of us, we lost it along the way. If you haven't yet, I really hope you reclaim it, and soon. You are so very deserving of living your life completely free to be your magnificent self.
