Our passion for helping people has led us to becoming the 1st location in Bakersfield to bring you the Juka Whole Body Cryotherapy and the Penguin CryoScience Local Cryotherapy. Our Juka Cryo Sauna is top-of-the line cryotherapy chamber that is safe and has an auto shut-off after three minutes. You will be in good hands with our consultant as you embark on a three-minute trip to temperatures colder than you’ve ever experienced. Cryotherapy simply put is “Cold Therapy”. Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) is a short (3 minute) exposure to extreme cold (-250 degrees) where nitrogen vapor evenly circulates inside a human-sized tank (cryosauna). Your body is exposed from your shoulders down to extreme cold which triggers a fight-or-flight survival response. This causes blood to temporary leave the less vital areas of your body to go protect your body’s core. Your body will then prepare to fix any potentially damaged organs by pushing more oxygen, enzymes, and nutrients into your blood. We also offer Float Deprivation Therapy , NormaTec Therapy and Massage Chairs and Non Invasive CryoSkin
