Do you love pizza as much as I do?
Because if you do, you know that life without pizza isn’t really worth living!
I would love it if you try out this recipe and tell me what you think of it – and if you can make it even tastier, then I need to hear about it!

But first, let me quickly give you this simple 5-minute recipe…
The Ultimate Keto Pizza
Prep Time: 5 min, Cook Time: 15 min
Per Serving - Fat: 41g, Protein: 37g, Net Carbs: 3g
Ingredients for 1 Serving
Crust:
2 large eggs
2 oz mozzarella cheese
Garlic seasoning
Oregano seasoning
Salt
Low carb tomato or BBQ sauce
Toppings:
My recommendations:
A few slices pepper
A few slices onion
A few slices jalapeno pepper
1-2 oz pulled beef
1 oz mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Get an ovenproof non-stick pan or use cooking spray on an ovenproof pan
Preheat the ovenproof pan on a low to medium heat
Beat the eggs and add 2oz of mozzarella cheese into the mixture
Once thoroughly mixed, season with salt, garlic, and oregano to taste
Remove your pan from the oven and pour the mixture in, waiting for it to firm
Once the ‘pizza base’ is as firm as a fried egg, add your tomato or BBQ sauce
This step takes just a few minutes and gives you a fantastic base for any topping you want to use.
If you want to try out the full taste sensation that we enjoyed last night, I added some onion, jalapeno peppers, 1-2oz of pulled beef, and 1oz of mozzarella cheese…
…But feel free to get creative and use your favorite pizza toppings, too.
Add those delicious toppings and sprinkle cheese on top
Put your pizza back in the oven for a few minutes – keep an eye on it!
Once the mozzarella is bubbling and browning, dinner is ready
