Polga Fitness Bakersfield Aerial Studio and Boxing Academy A unique home aerial fitness studio. Working with all ages of people on balance, technique, strength Polga Fitness is an exercise class like no other.

It is a Yoga class designed to use vertical poles as a stability bar. With these helpful bars we can now gain strength in all areas of the body, without all the pressure of free weights or machines. We're able to push and pull your body in and out of different position to increase flexibility that everyone needs more and more of. Above all it is a fantastic workout that students have been addicted to for years! To add to the fun we incorporated more aerial equipment so every class is different. Some days we are using the poles, some days we're training with fabric, other days we're training with Lyra Hoop. But, each day our goal is to get the very best out of each student. Every student is different, and they all have their own specific goals. It is our job to bring out the dragon in each of them to achieve their goals. Every workout is custom made for each student. Not one class is the same. Aerial work is one tough sport. To be able to adapt to aerial equipment only benefits people's balance, strength, flexibility and confidence. It is beautiful to work with people on their greatest fears just to prove to them how strong they really are.
