Give yourself permission to pause and recharge! Rest is essential to your mental and emotional health. Don’t allow yourself to burnout because your battery drained. You charge your cell phone so charge you!

Today can hold so many emotions.
To the mothers raising children with love, strength, sacrifice, and grace; we celebrate you.

To those blessed to still have their mothers here; cherish the love, time, wisdom, and memories you share.

To the women honoring mothers who have passed on; may their love continue to surround you today and always. Find comfort and joy even through the tears and sadness.

To those navigating complicated or painful relationships with their mothers; may you find peace, healing, and gentleness with yourself today.

To the mothers grieving the loss of a child;seen or unseen, spoken of or silent; your motherhood matters, and your love will always exist. Your child will always remain in your heart.

And to every woman who has nurtured, protected, encouraged, comforted, or poured into someone else’s life in a motherly way… you are appreciated more than words can say. Thank you for standing in the gap.

May today meet you with compassion, love, grace, and care, exactly where you are.

Anxiety is a natural human response to stress, feeling overwhelmed, or a threat which in turn causes fear, worrry, panic, and an easiness. This ultimately dsyregulatea our nervous system. Which forces us to have to do things to regulate our nervous system back to a baseline that feels comfortable for us. Look, anxiety is normal and we all have it.. However breathing and mindfulness techniques helps us to regulate. Just breathe!

Mental health isn’t a one-month commitment, it’s a lifelong one.

Use this month as a reminder, not a limit. Check in with yourself. Rest when you need to. Set boundaries without guilt. Ask for help without hesitation. Celebrate small wins.

You deserve care, patience, and compassion—not just in May, but every single day.

Take care of your mind the way you take care of everything else that matters. Because you matter. 💚
