🍂 Rudy's Story:
"I had to grow up fast. By high school, I was living on my own — working, paying bills, and thinking I had it all together. But that freedom led me down the wrong path. I started drinking, using drugs, and eventually lost everything.

When I found out I was going to be a dad, I knew something had to change. My daughter deserved more than the life I was living.

That’s when I came to The Mission at Kern County. Through the Christian Life Training Program, I learned life skills, found faith again, and discovered my worth in Christ.

Today, I’m sober, serving others, and rebuilding my life.
The Mission taught me how to be a good man and a good father — I’m a new person in Christ."
