Please inform our receptionist of any changes to your health insurance prior to receiving services in January. We kindly ask that you refrain from scheduling or receiving services—such as allergy injections or office visits—until we have obtained an updated copy of your insurance card.
If you have any questions regarding your new plan, you may contact our billing department at (661) 327-9693, option 4.

As 2025 is coming to an end, we would like to remind our patients to please check with our receptionist if your insurance coverage will be changing in January.

We kindly ask that you hold off on receiving any injections until your coverage has been verified. This will help prevent any unexpected out-of-pocket expenses.
