đź’¬ A Personal Note from Dr. Fisher
I want to speak openly to the friends, acquaintances, and even past colleagues who approach me in social settings asking for “a quick consult”—whether it’s advice about a complication from another surgeon, a reaction to injections done elsewhere, or requests for discounted or free services.
Please understand, this isn’t just casual conversation for me. When you ask for my professional expertise, you’re asking for the knowledge and skill I’ve invested decades to build—years of advanced education from top medical universities, the gold standard of training worldwide, and experiences that carry real responsibility. What I do isn’t a hobby. It’s a profession, a calling, and a standard of care that I uphold with the highest integrity.
It’s especially disheartening when I see friends choose cheaper or more convenient options elsewhere—only to come to me when something goes wrong, expecting me to fix it. And finding out that friends went to a “TV-famous” plastic surgeon simply for the name recognition, only to later ask me for help, is the ultimate professional slap in the face.
If you truly respect my work, my education, and the level of care I provide, I ask you to honor it fully:
✔️ Choose wisely the first time.
✔️ Book a proper consultation instead of seeking informal advice.
✔️ Trust the process I’ve dedicated my life to.
Your health, safety, and confidence are worth choosing wisely the first time. My door is always open for those who value that level of expertise.
