If you have questions regarding eligibility, benefits or authorizations, need support changing your primary care provider, or other general inquiries, please login to the member portal at kernfamilyhealthcare.com. You can also contact our Member Services Department during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., except on holidays.

EXCEPTIONS: Please call our main line at 1-800-391-2000, TTY 711, for the following available services:

➡️ 24 Hour Advice Nurse Line: If you have an immediate medical problem or would like access to the Health Information Library, press 2. For emergencies, please call 9-1-1.
➡️ Transportation: If you or a family member need a ride to a medical appointment, please press 3 for our transportation department.
