Sports physicals help ensure your child is healthy and ready to participate safely. These exams check for underlying conditions, past injuries and overall fitness, helping prevent problems before they start. They’re also a great time to update vaccines and discuss injury prevention.

Schedule your child’s sports physical today to help them stay active and safe.

Keep kids safe by encouraging frequent water breaks, dressing them in light clothing and avoiding outdoor play during peak heat hours. Fireworks can be exciting, but it's important to keep safety a priority, especially with children. Here are some ways to stay safe around fireworks this Fourth of July.

- Kids should always watch fireworks from a safe distance and never handle them.

- Sparklers may seem harmless, but they burn at high temperatures and can cause serious injuries. Glow sticks are a fun and safer option.

- Always supervise children closely and establish a clear viewing area away from where fireworks are being lit.

- Talk to your child ahead of time about firework safety and staying alert during celebrations.
