RETURN TO PLAY SUCCESS ⚾

Paul had inner elbow pain and was unable to throw when he came to us

He embraced the process, stayed patient, and put the work in from rehab to strength training!

We utilized a rehab plan targeting forearm and rotator cuff strength, shoulder and thoracic spine mobility, power generation, acceleration, and deceleration throughout the kinetic chain ā›“ļø

Finally, we bridged the gap from rehab to performance by utilizing a GPP program emphasizing lower extremity strength, single leg balance, and conditioning šŸ’„

You did it Paul! So proud of you. Can't wait to see all of the special things you do in the next chapter of your life šŸ’Ŗ

Field Report: April 2026 šŸ’»

•Tried making a "retinol salad"

•Growth unlock: journaling
•Lots of laughs with my toddler
•Iced coffee season is starting
•Doggo
•Making fruit an accessible snack
•A quiet moment in the gym after training clients
•Lots of 4 am baby snuggles
•Remote client programming

Several lessons I'm taking away from April 2026:
•I need exercise. My body has been in so much pain since the baby has been born. I've been getting 3-5 hours of sleep per night and we're alternating shifts during the day so we can work. This has made it difficult to exercise. I've got to prioritize it better.
•I love working with proactive people who want the tools to help themselves.
•I don't like working with insurance. Still waiting on payment from services that were started months ago. I trialed workers comp and Medicare. I'm leaving both. The right person who wants to take control of their health will find me and I'll work for them, not an insurance company.
•My strengths and likes are aligning. I believe in prevention and getting ahead of things before they explode. I'm turning up the dials on this. The gym is growing and we are ready for more members who are seeking fitness as a lifestyle intervention.
•It's time to evolve with a shift in identity focused on taking action.
