I had the privilege of visiting Elaine LaLanne, wife of the late and great Jack LaLanne! She is 93 years old and still strong as ever! She works out every day and continues to write fitness books. We enjoyed using Jack's original gym equipment that he designed himself!

Our Story

Realign Physical Therapy and Fitness services include rehabilative treatment for people with orthopedic injuries and personal training for people with and without injuries. Dr. Deborah Denio is an experienced physical therapist and an accomplished fitness trainer with a background as a professional body builder. As a certified manual therapist, her approach to rehab utilizes the benefits of manual therapy. As a licensed healthcare professional, she brings a breadth of knowledge and techniques to personal training that is safe on your body and gets you the results you want.
