Currently, Bucky owns and manages five facilities in Bakersfield, still hands-on.He helps families with medication management and assists them through their concerns, whether they are Alzheimer's, memory care or mental health related. He is always there for families, residents and staff. His staff stays with him, which allows the care to become specialized and receive continuous training. Bucky's staff members are constantly challenged and evaluated to ensure they build relationships with our residents and their families.
