Thank you for considering me to help you take the next step in your journey toward more self awareness and insight. It is my hope that I can provide you with the tools necessary to meet whatever goals you have for therapy and improve your relationships with others and yourself. My passion is working with teens and adults, both individually and in couples or families, using traditional talk therapy, psychoeducation, and action oriented therapeutic techniques to accomplish goals. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, identity issues, addiction recovery, navigating parenting challenges, and adjustment issues. Please contact me for a brief chat over the phone so we can decide if I am the right fit for you as a therapist, both in scope as well as availability. I do not take insurance, opting to deal with clients directly so we can create a treatment focus and plan together.
