We want to recognize Anthony Navarro for doing an outstanding job this past week representing Allied Home Care while speaking to the Rotary Club in Ridgecrest.

Anthony shared what truly sits at the core of our mission, making sure seniors in rural communities that are often overlooked still receive the care, dignity, and support they deserve.

Everyone in attendance was genuinely impressed with how well Anthony spoke. It was clear to those present how passionate he is about caring for the people in our communities and ensuring families in rural areas have access to dependable support.

Many agencies claim to service areas like Ridgecrest and other rural communities, but the reality is that providing consistent, reliable care in these areas takes real commitment.

Serving rural communities like Ridgecrest takes real dedication, and we’re proud to continue building relationships and providing dependable care in areas that are too often overlooked.

We also want to thank for covering the event and helping bring awareness to the importance of senior care in rural communities.

We’re proud of Anthony for representing our team and sharing the heart behind what we do.

The other day our team had the privilege of supporting the Aging Network of Kern County as a Spotlight Sponsor. Being surrounded by people who genuinely care about seniors reminds us why this work matters so much.

A sincere thank you to Rachel Reed and David Reed for everything you put into organizing and growing this network . The community you have built continues to bring people together who share the same mission of serving with heart.

We also want to recognize Anthony Navarro our Community Outreach Representative for being nominated this year. Whether there is an award or not, the impact he makes for families every single day is what we value most.

When we talk about caregiver burnout, it is not just a topic we have learned about. It is something we have lived.

Before helping families through Allied Home Care, we were family caregivers ourselves. Our 89-year-old father was a proud Korean War Veteran living with dementia. We cared for him at home until the very end of his life.

Those years were filled with love, purpose, and moments we will always cherish. But they also came with exhaustion, uncertainty, and the heavy responsibility that so many caregivers carry every day. We remember what it felt like to search for help, to look for someone we could trust, and to wish there were more programs and guidance for families like ours.

That experience stays with us. It taught us the importance of compassion and understanding in caregiving, and it became the foundation of why we started Allied Home Care to help other families find the kind of support we once needed.

Shout out to The Valley Caregiver Resource Center and The Aging Network who continue to lead the way by providing education, resources, and encouragement for caregivers throughout our community. Events like this luncheon on caregiver burnout remind us that even caregivers need care too.

Honored to participate in the Veterans Stand Down event in Bakersfield last week, hosted by CAPK. A sincere thank you to CAPK for organizing such a meaningful event for our local Veterans and the community. It was a privilege to stand alongside those who have served and to be part of a community that comes together with purpose and respect. The Allied Home Care Spin to Win wheel was a hit and gave us a fun way to connect with Veterans and their families while sharing how they can obtain free home care through the VA and request Allied Home Care as a trusted approved VA provider. Proud of our team for showing up with professionalism, heart, and genuine care. Special acknowledgment to Anthony and Fan TV for taking the time to highlight our mission. Allied Home Care remains committed to supporting our local Veterans and strengthening the communities we serve.
