Every year as part of the greater MLK Day events, the Wills Center for Academic Global Ophthalmology puts on a free clinic in South Philadelphia at the Hansjorg-Wyss Wellness Center to provide care to some of our city's least represented communities and at-risk populations.

Dr. Pro has become the first surgeon at Wills Eye Hospital to implant the innovative Glaukos iDose device. This tiny implant is placed directly in the eye and gradually releases medication to lower intraocular pressure for up to 3 years. He is joined by Moon Lee, our current Glaucoma fellow, and Glaukos representatives Danny Beigel and Megan Coates.
