My approach to therapy is engaging and predicating on introspection.The process of self-discovery will help you live out a fulfilling life. Once equipped with knowledge of self, individuals, couples and families can expand and improve their relationships; as well as establish deeper connections. It has been almost 20 years since I last stepped inside a church. During that time, I felt lost, distracted by people and what many call “church hurt.” But through self-reflection and separating the actions of others from my relationship with God, I began to heal. 🕊️

I’ve dedicated myself to studying and praying, and my connection with Christ has flourished. This journey has allowed me to fully nurture my spiritual wellbeing, completing the circle of life satisfaction.

I am incredibly grateful for the biblically sound teachings of Pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell at 2819 Church. This year, I challenged myself to read the Bible more than ever. The more I read, the more I understand that life is about purpose, obedience, and being a good steward of what I’ve been entrusted with, all while glorifying the Lord. 🙏

Living a satisfied life has come full circle, and I am so thankful for the airwaves that connected me with Pastor Philip. Here’s to new beginnings! 💖
