✨ 5 days post-op… and already Oscars ready ✨ Just five days after her mini-facelift and fat transfer, she’s looking absolutely radiant and red carpet ready. I saw her yesterday, and she shared this photo of herself all dressed up for the Oscars, something she looks forward to every year. While I typically don’t recommend wearing makeup this soon after surgery, given the timing and her tradition, we made a thoughtful exception. I’m honored she trusted me to help restore a refreshed, natural, and youthful version of herself.

The newest trend in breast implant surgery is the conservative, long-term “ballerina” or “yoga” breast using the armpit (transaxillary) approach. As more patients become thinner often due to GLP-1 medications, and clothing styles shift toward a more streamlined silhouette, many women are now choosing smaller, more natural-looking implants. In my opinion, this approach tends to look better and age more gracefully over time. This young lady is a great example. She wanted just a slightly fuller look natural, balanced, and elegant something that will look great with whatever outfit she chooses to wear. I performed this procedure using the transaxillary approach, which places the implant through a small incision in the armpit. This means no scars on the breast, something patients really appreciate.
With saline implants, they can last up to 20 years or longer, often twice as long as silicone implants. Another advantage is that mammograms are typically easier to interpret with saline implants than with silicone.

This lovely 40-year-old patient recently returned from vacation in St. Barts and loves how her bathing suits and dresses fit after her natural-looking breast augmentation.
Her procedure was performed through the armpit using my Transaxillary Brandow Augmentation (TABA) technique, which leaves no scars on the breast itself and creates a very natural appearance. She couldn’t be happier even years later. When I examined her recently, her implants still felt soft and looked completely natural.
In general, saline implants can last approximately 15–20 years, compared with silicone implants, which often require replacement after just 10 years. We’ll plan to see her again in five to seven years and consider exchanging them at that time. Patients love results that look natural, proportional, and timeless.

We flew down to Palm Beach this weekend to celebrate the beautiful wedding of Ari & Cat Yaron.

The festivities began with a wonderful rehearsal dinner the night before, where we met our son-in-law and stepdaughter, Lexi & Mike Keegan to kick off the celebration.

The next day, we enjoyed a few hours strolling along Worth Avenue and doing a little shopping before heading to the breathtaking Flagler Estate for the wedding that evening. Timeless, elegant, and absolutely spectacular.

It was a quick trip, but a much-needed break in the middle of a busy OR schedule.

Palm Beach never disappoints. We truly love it here. 😍🌴☀️

In the past year or two, I’ve had many patients requesting a subtle increase in breast size, something they call the “ballerina boob”. It’s a growing trend I’m seeing more frequently. Larger breast implants often appear less natural, and those who start with a smaller, proportionate size tend to enjoy better long-term results. Using a transaxillary (armpit) approach avoids visible scars around the ni**le or under the breast, leaving them discreetly hidden in the arm pit crease. The result? A natural-looking breast, free of visible scars. I call this the TABA Approach: the Transaxillary Brandow Augmentation.

What great conference this has been in Miami!! It has live surgeries and many of my dearest friends like Paulo Mueller from Rio, Taleb Bensouda from Morocco and Sherrill Aston from NYC. It’s been a nice break from the cold; but, I can’t wait to get back to my office, operating Room and busy schedule!! I’m a worker and love my job and staff (my wife too😉)!!
