We are proud to share this story from our Fort Wayne Heartland Hospice location, where the clinical team helped one of our patients fulfill a lifelong dream - throwing the first pitch at a baseball game. This week, he did the honors at the Fort Wayne TinCaps game. His family shared, "We had no idea hospice could do this."

Hospice is so much more than managing symptoms -- it's about living with dignity, meaning, and joy.

It is such a wonderful experience to work in hospice. Taking care of our patients and their families is truly a privilege. It is a wonderful feeling to get a call about our employees from family members who are genuinely grateful for our staff and services. We are thankful for YOU!
