As we gear up for the 2025–26 school year, if your student plans to participate in any school sports, cheer, dance, or activities, they must have a completed KSHSAA Pre‑Participation Physical Evaluation (PPE) form on file—dated after May 1, 2025—before they can hit the practice field or gym.

We have appointments available and can get your child in and out with ease.

It's time to start thinking about school sports physicals! If you have the Bulldog card, the physical is only $20.00. We accept walk-ins. Our office hours are Monday, 7am-3pm; Tuesday, 11am-6pm; Wednesday, 7am-3pm; Thursday, Closed; Friday, 7am-3pm; Saturday, 8am-Noon. ⚾️🥎⛳️🎾🏋️
