Eddy ran a half marathon with her mom at Prairie Spirit Trail Run. She was such a good girl and in think she enjoyed her massage.

We have been moving for the past seven days to a new house and are exhausted. But getting moved is only part of the equation because now we have to unpack. As a result we will not be coming to Heartland 50 this weekend. I feel bad for you runners but hopefully I’ll see you at another race soon.

It’s a wrap. The Sticks race by Ultraverse Supplements outside Norton, KS. 49 runners in 6/12/24/48/72 hour races. 41 massages. A thunderstorm. Incredible PRs. That’s miles!! I’ll be back next year!!
