So many of us think healing is about feeling better—less anxious, less stressed, less sad. But sometimes healing is about learning to stay present when things aren’t better.
When you can sit with discomfort without running away, when you can hold space for both your joy and your grief, when you can notice your anxiety but still show up for yourself—that’s healing.
