Recently, our Adoray team had the honor of helping make a Dream Big wish come true for Roger and Gladys as they celebrated their 67th Wedding Anniversary. Surrounded by love, family, and their care team, the couple renewed and honored their lifelong commitment during a heartfelt Norwegian-themed celebration featuring a special handfasting ceremony.

Please join us in wishing Roger and Gladys a very happy anniversary… may your love continue to shine like the northern lights, guiding and inspiring all of us who follow in its glow. Skål, to a lifetime of love!

We are honored to recognize 💜 Krista Klecker 💜 as our April Employee of the Month for the extraordinary way she lives out Adoray’s purpose every day!

Krista consistently goes above and beyond in living out Adoray’s purpose of “Compassion in Action, Integrity in Care.” Her dedication behind the scenes helps keep so many moving pieces of Adoray running smoothly, and her support never goes unnoticed.

From coordinating the daily flow of office operations to taking on the added workload that comes with special events like the Dementia Caregivers Conference and volunteer functions, Krista handles it all with grace, patience, and a positive spirit. Most recently, her incredible support with volunteer luncheon coordination, including the many calls, email RSVPs, has been invaluable in keeping us up to date for planning that impacts Adoray and our Vendors. Even with an already overflowing plate, Krista continues to step up with steady hands and a willing heart.

Krista is often the calm in the chaos, a warm, cheerful presence for staff, volunteers, and everyone who walks through our doors or calls the office. Her kindness, contagious laugh, and dedication make people feel welcomed and supported.

Today, on National Speech-Language Pathologist Day, we are honored to celebrate someone who helps our patients find their voice, confidence, connection, and independence again. 💜🗣

A very special thank you to Adam VanRanst, SLP, LSVT LOUD Therapist, for the incredible care, compassion, and expertise he brings to both Adoray Home Health & Hospice and Western Wisconsin Health. By sharing his time between two organizations, Adam helps ensure our rural communities continue to have access to this vital service, from supporting patients in the clinic to caring for them in the comfort of their own homes.

Speech therapy is so much more than words. It is helping someone safely swallow a meal again, communicate with loved ones, regain confidence after illness or injury, and improve quality of life in meaningful ways. Through every patient interaction, Adam brings patience, encouragement, and heart-centered care that creates lasting impact for both patients and families.

What an incredible afternoon of learning, connection, and compassion at our Dementia Caregivers Conference (3rd Annual)🧠💜

Together, professional caregivers, family caregivers, community members, and healthcare partners came together to grow a stronger village of support for those experiencing brain change and their dementia journey.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing presenters, Sheri Fairman with Dementia Care Solutions and Trudy. Along with our partners in care, Skip with Touching Hearts At Home of Western Wisconsin, and Carla, Dementia Care Specialist with Dunn County Aging and Disability Resource Center - ADRC. Your passion, knowledge, and dedication helped create meaningful conversations and practical tools that will make a difference throughout our communities.

Thank you to every attendee who chose to invest their time and hearts into learning new ways to support and care for others. These skills are more than caregiving tools, they help us better understand what individuals experiencing cognitive change may be trying to communicate, allowing us to create more positive, compassionate experiences for everyone we encounter.

🎓💜It’s graduation season, and we’re thrilled to celebrate our very own graduates here at Adoray & Western Wisconsin Health! Please join us in congratulating our 2026 class of Dementia Champions!

This amazing group of care team members from Adoray and WWH completed a four-part Dementia Champions training with Sheri Fairman, owner of Dementia Care Solutions and Certified Teepa Snow Instructor. Focused on the Positive Approach to Care and Teepa Snow’s GEMS model, this training equips our teams with even more knowledge, heart, and skill to support individuals and families as they navigate dementia.

We’re so proud of our Dementia Champion GRADS for their commitment to being the experts in compassionate cognitive care in Western Wisconsin.
