Drug Test Midwest, LLC is working with the Dunn County Families unit for kids who may go without Christmas items this year due to their family situation. We work with many families and kids throughout the year and see this need. We want to help this year. The kids in need are ages 4+, mostly over age 12.

We have a list of 12 kids who would normally go without anything. We have a few kids left to help!

These kids have a variety of reasons as to why they are in the Dunn County Family unit. Some of the issues these children deal with are separation from their parents due to issues in the home, placed in foster care or have a determination to be on their own to overcome their downfalls.

The Baldwin-Woodville School District has a mentor program at Greenfield Elementary and we need help updating the mentor closet!
Currently, the items in the mentor closet are looking rough, worn out and pieces or things needed are missing from games.
The mentor closet is a closet that contains games, puzzles, books and many other activities that the mentor and mentee can use during their time together. We need your help updating it please.

If you are cleaning out your closets and have items in good shape, you may want to donate. The kids and mentors would appreciate anything.
Items or games for grades K-5 would be appreciated.
Ideas could be:
Board games, dice,
Flash cards: Math flashcards for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Nerf Footballs, Frisbees, soccer balls
Coloring books, crayons
Matchbox cars
Deck of cards
Books

Each week mentors come in and meet with their mentee over their lunch hour.
Meeting 1-on-1 to eat lunch, talk about school, friends, class and play some games during the allotted timeframe.
The kids are in grades K-5th.

We had our last day testing with Tim Rundquist of Prescott School District.
Tim is retiring after 30 years working with Prescott and Transportation Supervisor. We brought him some Lemon Jello and Lemon Pudding to celebrate in familiar cups.
We've been working with Tim and Prescott School District since 2014 and wish Tim the very best. A great guy and a great bunch of bus drivers!
