Stephanie Paterno, VP of Residential Services, moderated a panel discussion at the 2025 ACL Long Island Regional Direct Care Conference featuring Dr. Rosario Inciong, Psychiatrist, Dr. Ricky Demirakos, Chief Operating Officer, Frank Caria, Deputy Privacy Officer at Catholic Health, and Joseph Farhangian, Director of Psychiatric Social Work at NUMC. This panel addressed various issues faced by the mental health population and discussed ways to improve collaboration and care across the healthcare system.

Several SAIL staff members also had the opportunity to attend the conference, gaining valuable insights and professional development to bring back and share with their respective departments.
