Last week, Dr. Ricky Demirakos, Chief Operating Officer, and Stephanie Paterno, Vice President of Residential Services, presented at the 46th Annual ACLAIMH Conference. Their session, A Supervisor’s Guide to Enhancing the Staff Experience, explored key strategies for leadership development rooted in empowering supervisors to support, engage, and inspire their teams. Discussion topics included strengthening self-awareness, fostering trust through constructive feedback, building consensus, and deepening staff development and investment.

At SAIL, we believe our workforce is the heart of our mission. By empowering our leaders to uplift and support their staff, we continue to strengthen our organization and ensure we meet the needs of the communities we proudly serve.
