There are many variations of headstands. We’ll learn the basics of inversions and safely explore which one could work for you! Come flip your perspective of headstand and maybe Life in this workshop. Get personalized attention. If you have Never tried or Not since you were a Kid, let’s break-it down to make it more accessible! If you already have A headstand, let me introduce you to some more. Come be Child-like and play with the King of all Poses!
