CNY’s Original HOT HOUSE is back at Center of Om!
This high-energy, heated class blends the structure of a 26/2 sequencewith the creative flow of Vinyasa. Focused on myofascial release and cardiovascular health, the practice uses heat to safely increase mobility and build internal fire.
Class Highlights:
Movement: Shiva Rea-inspired Sun Salutations, balancing series, and core-focused backbends.
Recovery: Deep hip openers, inversions, and restorative postures.
Mindfulness: Integrated Pranayama, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep).
Atmosphere: A balanced playlist of hip-hop and ambient tracks.
