We can disagree with someone and still be the highest version of ourselves and be kind.

This doesn’t mean be a door mat, or feel the need to spend time with them, it means hold the door when they’re about to walk in behind you, offer a napkin if they’ve spilled something, give them directions to the nearest coffee shop when asked.
Disliking someone, or disagreeing with people doesn’t mean we need to be unkind. Be you. Be kind. Show up in your life with grace and in alignment with your integrity and full humanity. This is your superpower. 🔥

(Your entire relationship shouldn’t come into question at the sign of an argument, conflict, differing perspectives or misunderstandings. - )

I thought this was interesting. Anxiety is fear of a future that has not happened. Very common in grief. We often catastrophize and picture the worst scenario. Have you experienced anxiety since your loved one has died?
