Owner, Jamie has an educational background in herbalism she acquired while living in Colorado. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher, Integrative Nutritionist and Badass Mom Boss. Jamie is also currently continuing her education to offer more for our community. Upon moving back home from Colorado and having our first child we made the decision to open this small business to offer a future for our fam

ily and ideally our children, within our passions. Soulful Body & Mind Apothecary was established in 2016 in Fitchburg MA. Post COVID, we spent a few years located in Leominster, MA. After a huge search for a space and environment that complimented our passions and desires, we moved to our new location in Baldwinville MA. We are very grateful for the opportunities we have had along the way for our children and family.

This year has looked a little different for me… and honestly, it’s been one of the most important shifts I’ve ever made.

I stopped over-pushing.
I stopped over-exerting.
And I started listening.

Listening to my body.
Honoring my mind.
Seeing what my family truly needs.
And now allowing my business to pivot and grow in a way that actually supports my life… not drains it.

With that comes more joy.
More laughter.
More time with my beautiful friends and soul sisters.
More real, present moments with my husband and my children.

This past weekend, for the first time since the very beginning… I didn’t work the Enchanted Orchards Ren Faire.

I showed up as a guest.
I laughed. I danced. I loved.
And I soaked in every single moment.

And you know what?
That felt like growth too.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is step back.
To rest. To breathe. To realign.

Because when we stop forcing…
When we stop overextending…
When our minds are clear…

✨ That’s when the magic actually flows.
