Owner, Jamie has an educational background in herbalism she acquired while living in Colorado. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher, Integrative Nutritionist and Badass Mom Boss. Jamie is also currently continuing her education to offer more for our community. Upon moving back home from Colorado and having our first child we made the decision to open this small business to offer a future for our family and ideally our children, within our passions. Soulful Body & Mind Apothecary was established in 2016 in Fitchburg MA. Post COVID, we spent a few years located in Leominster, MA. After a huge search for a space and environment that complimented our passions and desires, we moved to our new location in Baldwinville MA. We are very grateful for the opportunities we have had along the way for our children and family.

My name is Jamie. I am a Licensed Holistic Herbalist, Holistic Postpartum Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, Integrative Holistic Nutritionist, Author & Mentor. It is a pleasure to meet all of you!
