Owner, Jamie has an educational background in herbalism she acquired while living in Colorado. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher, Integrative Nutritionist and Badass Mom Boss. Jamie is also currently continuing her education to offer more for our community. Upon moving back home from Colorado and having our first child we made the decision to open this small business to offer a future for our family and ideally our children, within our passions. Soulful Body & Mind Apothecary was established in 2016 in Fitchburg MA. Post COVID, we spent a few years located in Leominster, MA. After a huge search for a space and environment that complimented our passions and desires, we moved to our new location in Baldwinville MA. We are very grateful for the opportunities we have had along the way for our children and family.

It’s been such a long time since I’ve created art hand-in-hand with nature—outside of the healing magic I craft for our bodies. Getting back to this kind of creation has stirred something deep within me. There’s a serenity, a sacred rhythm, that comes from working with pieces the Earth so lovingly offers. 🌿
Every element in this piece carries a story. The moth was found in our yard over the summer—delicate, ethereal, still breathtaking in its quiet beauty. The flowers were grown and dried by the wonderful Hartman’s Farm in Barre, their colors preserved like whispers of summer. And the bone—an elegant vertebrae—once belonged to an animal who lived a full, beautiful life. Its presence in this piece feels both grounding and reverent, a reminder of the cycles of life and the harmony that exists between creation and return.
I’m so excited to share this work with you. This piece—and others born from the same deep love of nature—are available in the shop. Come feel their energy and see the beauty of the wild woven into every detail. ✨
