Hey Hey Hey! Bernie here at the Healthy Fit Project in Dalton Georgia!
My life's work, my focus for the last 14 years has always been on helping people achieve real and sustainable results with their health and fitness.
You can't do that through a magic pill or secret formula, But only through understanding the real tools, Strategies, And science behind what it takes to break through the patterns that defeat so many to achieve meaningful results.
I made the decision to take control of my health at 31 years of age after spending 10 years in the investment business and losing myself completely. I was sick and fat had no energy and I didn't even recognize myself in the mirror anymore... so I searched for answers by seeking out people who were living the kind of life that I wanted to live and I applied what I learned about nutrition and fitness.
Achievement is not about luck; it's really a science. Sure, everyone is different, but the same laws of success always apply.
You reap what you sow; you can't get out of life what you're not willing to put into it.
If you want more love, give more love. If you want greater success, help others achieve more. And when you study and master the science of achievement, you will find the success you desire.
Your decisions shape your destiny.
The future is what you make of it. Little, Everyday decisions will either take you to the life you desire or to disaster by default.
In fact, it's the littlest decisions that shape our lives. Stray off course by just 2 millimeters, and your trajectory changes; what seemed like a tiny, inconsequential decision then can become a mammoth miscalculation now. From what to eat and where to work, to the people you spend your time with, to how you spend your afternoon, every choice shapes how you live to day, but more important, how you live the rest of your life.
But the good news is, changes within you. In the same way a to millimeter miscalculation can send you veering wildly off your life's course, a mere 2 mm re adjustment can also bring your right back to where you need to be.
The trick is finding the right plan, the guide, the map that shows you where that home is so to speak. How you get there. How you stay on the path.

How to be successful in everything you do!
1st of all stop overthinking everything….
Overthinking is the art of creating problems that don’t exist and/or making them larger than they really ARE…
And ACTION IS the cure.
2nd Dreams & goals do not create success, habits do!
It’s the HEALTH of your habits that determines the height of your potential… and most people are performing at a level of preparation.
So, start creating better habits…
If creating the life you dream about were easy, everyone would have a million dollars in the bank, six pack abs and a beach house with an ocean view.
Here’s the thing- everyone “could” have those things because everyone is capable of doing the work to achieve those things.
Especially YOU! You can create a better life. You can write a new chapter. You can make your dreams come true.
Changing your life for the better is hard work. It can be fun but it’s not easy. You’ll experience ups and downs, highs and lows and… well, hard work.
Do you ever wonder if it's worth it?
The answer is YES, working hard to improve your life is always worth it because YOU. ARE. WORTH. IT.
3rd Understand that life IS always going to be difficult to one degree or another. When you understand that you will be happier!
4th Cultivate gratitude; How can we see good, when things are tough?!
You need to start looking at life through a lens of gratitude… like this...
1. I’m grateful to do laundry because it means I have clothes to wear!
2. I’m grateful to do the dishes because it means I have food to eat.
3. I’m grateful to clean my house because it means I have a place to live!
4. I’m grateful that I have to clean my toilet because it means I have indoor plumbing and a bathroom of my own.
5. I’m grateful for the noise in my life because there is so many family & friends in my life!
6. I’m grateful for all the questions I get because it means I have members to help!
7. And I am grateful to go to bed sore & tired because I am grateful to be alive and to work hard for my health both physically & financially.
Gratitude IS the key to happiness, anything that undermines gratitude must undermine happiness. And nothing undermines gratitude as much as expectations. There is an inverse relationship between expectations and gratitude: the more expectations you have, the less gratitude you will have.
5th & now I want you to lo ok into the mirror and say, “I choose you!” stop the guilt about doing things for yourself, you Moms are the worst with your Mom guilt – “Self-care is not selfish, you cannot pour out of an empty cup” Self-care IS taking care of your physical, emotional, social, mental/cognitive and spiritual parts of yourself. Self-care is neither optional nor selfish, it IS necessary, especially for parents… it starts with caring for our physical needs: getting enough sleep, eating healthy, and exercise.
For those of you ready for REAL change in your lives.
I promise I won't let you fail this time.
