I’ve been attacked by a few people for being friends with as of late. Funny, you must have mistaken me for someone who actually gives a f**k about your opinion!

First, do I think Joe Rogan is racist? No. Was Joe wrong for saying Ni**er? Yes.

When I was growing up & even in my later years, I was called Ni**er more times than I can count. It was never the “N-word” it was Ni**er. That said, I know racist motherf**kers & can vouch for Joe.

The f**ked up thing about all of this is that all eyes aren’t on Joe because of his use of the “N-word” rather for his views on other matters. They are using race, which is a real, emotionally-charged, divisive subject as a smokescreen for the real issue & that is what pi**es me off.

If you have an issue with someone, let that issue be the issue. Don’t hide it behind something else. These podcasts have been around for years & no one has said s**t about them until now because Joe’s voice doesn’t fit some agenda.

If you don’t walk lock step with whatever the f**k is going on & don’t agree with it, you risk someone going into the archives of your life & finding whatever dirt they can & exploiting you.

We are slowly being walked down a path where we lose our voice. We don’t all need to agree with one another but we have to respect the fact that people should be able to say whatever the f**k they want to say- otherwise known as freedom of speech. Whether you listen or not should be your choice. I remain completely independent with no sponsors or partnerships so I don’t ever have to issue an apology for who the f**k I am or what the f**k I say.

What the hidden message here to me is the fact that people in positions of power don’t believe we are smart enough to be able to hear different opinions or capable of making our own decisions.

All you judging motherf**kers, take some time to think about what would happen to you if all of the skeletons in your closet were put on display for everyone around you to see? Perhaps you want to think again before rushing to judgment!

It’s important in life, whether people like it or not, for you to be who the f**k you are and say what you want to say 100% of the time!

You might not like me for saying this but...

TRYING TO CHANGE EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE 😬

Listen, I know you're pumped up. You're enthusiastic. That's amazing. I LOVE IT!! 👉 But I also know, from experience, that if you bite off more than you can chew, you will likely quickly realize you can't do everything you wanted to & your brain will trick you into thinking that giving up is the answer.

Here's the cycle.

Look familiar?

1) Enthusiasm
2) Going ALL IN!!!!
3) burn out from trying to change EVERYTHING at once
4) Frustration 🤬
5) Giving up

SPOILER: Giving up IS NOT the answer 😅 Going back in is the answer - but I digress...

I KNOW it's hard to swallow in our ALL-OR-NOTHING, immediate-feedback-loop, instant-gratification-society but slow & steady is the way to go.... trust me!

My life's work, my focus for the last 14 years has always been on helping people achieve real and sustainable results with their health and fitness.

I made the decision to take control of my health at 31 years of age after spending 10 years in the investment business and losing myself completely. I was sick and fat had no energy and I didn't even recognize myself in the mirror anymore... so I searched for answers by seeking out people who were living the kind of life that I wanted to live and I applied what I learned about nutrition and fitness.

Achievement is not about luck; it's really a science. Sure, everyone is different, but the same laws of success always apply.

You reap what you sow; you can't get out of life what you're not willing to put into it.
If you want more love, give more love. If you want greater success, help others achieve more. And when you study and master the science of achievement, you will find the success you desire.

The future is what you make of it. Little, Everyday decisions will either take you to the life you desire or to disaster by default.

In fact, it's the littlest decisions that shape our lives. Stray off course by just 2 millimeters, and your trajectory changes; what seemed like a tiny, inconsequential decision then can become a mammoth miscalculation now. From what to eat and where to work, to the people you spend your time with, to how you spend your afternoon, every choice shapes how you live to day, but more important, how you live the rest of your life.

How to be successful in everything you do!

1st of all stop overthinking everything….
Overthinking is the art of creating problems that don’t exist and/or making them larger than they really ARE…
And ACTION IS the cure.

2nd Dreams & goals do not create success, habits do!
It’s the HEALTH of your habits that determines the height of your potential… and most people are performing at a level of preparation.

So, start creating better habits…

If creating the life you dream about were easy, everyone would have a million dollars in the bank, six pack abs and a beach house with an ocean view.

Here’s the thing- everyone “could” have those things because everyone is capable of doing the work to achieve those things.

Especially YOU! You can create a better life. You can write a new chapter. You can make your dreams come true.

Changing your life for the better is hard work. It can be fun but it’s not easy. You’ll experience ups and downs, highs and lows and… well, hard work.

Do you ever wonder if it's worth it?

The answer is YES, working hard to improve your life is always worth it because YOU. ARE. WORTH. IT.

3rd Understand that life IS always going to be difficult to one degree or another. When you understand that you will be happier!

4th Cultivate gratitude; How can we see good, when things are tough?!

You need to start looking at life through a lens of gratitude… like this...

1. I’m grateful to do laundry because it means I have clothes to wear!
2. I’m grateful to do the dishes because it means I have food to eat.
3. I’m grateful to clean my house because it means I have a place to live!
4. I’m grateful that I have to clean my toilet because it means I have indoor plumbing and a bathroom of my own.
5. I’m grateful for the noise in my life because there is so many family & friends in my life!
6. I’m grateful for all the questions I get because it means I have members to help!
7. And I am grateful to go to bed sore & tired because I am grateful to be alive and to work hard for my health both physically & financially.

Gratitude IS the key to happiness, anything that undermines gratitude must undermine happiness. And nothing undermines gratitude as much as expectations. There is an inverse relationship between expectations and gratitude: the more expectations you have, the less gratitude you will have.
5th & now I want you to lo ok into the mirror and say, “I choose you!” stop the guilt about doing things for yourself, you Moms are the worst with your Mom guilt – “Self-care is not selfish, you cannot pour out of an empty cup” Self-care IS taking care of your physical, emotional, social, mental/cognitive and spiritual parts of yourself. Self-care is neither optional nor selfish, it IS necessary, especially for parents… it starts with caring for our physical needs: getting enough sleep, eating healthy, and exercise.

For those of you ready for REAL change in your lives.

Borrowed belief will only get you so far. At some point you have to start believing in yourself.

Do you truly believe you can accomplish your next goal?

Are you confident, certain, no doubt in your mind?

To the extent you hold
On to doubt or fear, is the extent you will fall short or at best be slowed down

We limit ourselves with thoughts of not good enough, what if it doesn’t happen, what if I fail...

When we have complete conviction and certainty our thoughts and actions align with what is necessary to reach the goal. We carry a greater sense of excited urgency.

We own our grit and resilience so that when we do face an obstacle we see it as part of the path that gets us to the goal. We evaluate - what am I meant to learn from this? How do I use this to drive me forward?

We each need to do a gut check with every NEXT goal, because as we get closer and goals expand, evolve - our conviction needs to as well

The beliefs and conviction that got you to where you are today aren’t the same that will get you to where you are going.....

We are created for GREATNESS, on Purpose for a greater purpose.... it is suppose to feel uncomfortable, be uncommon, you are suppose to feel out of place with “most” people. Look around you “most” people have settled for good enough - we are meant for more!

So, do you know with 100% certainty that you’ll achieve your goals?

If not, THATS OKAY! Now you know the first thing you need to work on - YOUR BELIEF.

Catch whatever limiting beliefs that aren’t serving you.

Purposely put positive, powerful, strategic information into your head through books, audio programs and and a reference group full of others you aspire to be like. Get INTENTIONAL

I believe ALL people are capable of their greatest goals. I surround myself with coaches, mentors and friends that believe in me, BUT borrowed belief will only get you so far.

Get to work. be intentional to start believing with certainty and conviction that you have in you what it takes to make your goals a reality 💪

Just because life sucks today for you, doesn’t mean it has to stay that way.

My life for sure used to suck!
I was in a very stressful previous career, 50lbs+ overweight and I felt like crap!
I had no energy, hated to look at myself in the mirror, and I hated shopping for clothes or going to the beach... (can you relate?)
then 2 of my work friends died unexpectedly and it WOKE me up... I decided right then I was going to do something about it.

The rebuild took several years, and many mistakes but I learned what NOT to do as well as what I NEED to do, and I have never regained that weight, a feat that most people cannot say.

It was well worth it though as it helped me accomplish everything I’ve achieved to date.

I chose helping others as my final career path and life's work - and part of that is giving you actionable life advice that actually works so that you don't make the same mistakes and have permanent results like I have.

It’s December again, 🎁🎄🎅🤶🕎, if you can believe it!

Time for family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, friends👭, parties 🥳🥂🎉, and reflection🤔💭 on the past year.

But I want to highlight something that I think is INCREDIBLY important…
